PREAMBLE
We, the members of the College of Arts and Sciences Student Council (CASSC) Lipa of Batangas State University — The National Engineering University - Lipa Campus, imploring the Almighty God to uplift the general welfare and common good of BA Communication and BS Psychology students in this campus, assume the role in the school’s development and governance as an active, supportive, cooperative, and participating partner of administration in formulating plans and programs that ultimately lead the College of Arts and Sciences students to achieve free, democratic, progressive academic year, and most of all, promulgate this constitution and by-laws.

Organization’s Philosophy

To have peace and unity among nations and organizations, considering the principle of truth, we must voice it out and act through airing the thoughts and feelings affirmative concept in education as a vital component for excellence and human liberation.

CASSC Mission
The CAS plays an increasingly significant role in educating youth to become professionals imbued with the ideas of true Filipino who stands prominently in the community and nation. It commits to the advancement of knowledge and skills in the Arts and Sciences and other disciplines that may emerge in the future. Toward this end, university intensifies its education, extension, and production in the context of service, excellence, and virtue.
CASSC Objectives
